From Radakan

Yein, the water goddess, was changed along with all the other gods who remains in the universe instead of going back their own realm, during the creation of the universe she started to experiment with the idea of water. She has control over all water properties.

She is known to be a shape shifter, as water is able to take on any shape. Often coming down to Radakan to interfere for her own enjoyment.

Radakan

During the creation of Radakan Yein created the seas, lakes, ponds, rivers, rain and snow. Her creations had many unforeseen benefits and effects. Water was used in harvesting and for constructing homes and other buildings. Where the people of the land could grow food and make building so that the gods were not required at all time. While this pleased her she also grew annoyed by being ignored by the people and created storms, hurricanes and tsunamis so that the humanoids continued to worship her. She also created locusts, also known as the crop eaters, with the help from the god of chaos Du'Deravos.

She has also placed several water stones through out Radakan, largest that has been discovered so far is in Del Erad at the Center of the City.

Water Stones are special stones that shine with a transparent aqua blue color through out and a thin gold line on the top and near the bottom of the stone with text written in an unspoken language, the language it is said that can only be spoken by the gods and the first one. The stones send a light towards the heavens during rain.

The words written on the stones invoke the speaker with the ability to do magic with out the need of a sacrifice, there is a rumor that the first one spoke of the words in the common language to Dai' Nos and he wrote the pages in his book. Whether the pages with words have survived or not is unknown.

The abesti water stones that the Arachnyds mine has similar design to the water stone, these are also said to contain mystical powers, the abesti water stones have the ability to affect the life of the person wearing it. That is the reason for its high value and rarity.

Worshipers

Yein is worshiped by almost all the races of Radakan. The arachnyds worship her because of her creation the mystical abesti water stone. The xemnas worship her as all life depends on water and without her water would not exist and life would be difficult for the being who do not rely on water. The groggs do not worship Yein in fact they do the opposite they do not accept her as a god as they have found no need for her gifts as they do not heed water.

Sacrifices

Yein like all the other gods allowed her creation to get miracles for free but has changed her mind because of her worshipers asking for constant guidance and help with trivial matters, thus she created the water stones which she placed around the world, she passed down messages to her closet followers who fought battles and several decade spanning wars over the stones for control over them, as time passed and many armies fought and lost yet non of the victors had been able to unlock the stones power, and now her worshipers sacrifice the trias (third child of a couple) or others in hopes to ask for Yeins miracles.
