Apex Legends Will Present Titanfall Content in Season 9

Apex Legends is a battle royale game set in the world of Titanfall decades after the events in its second iteration. Respawn as the developer guaranteed it with a variety of series weapons that had boosted its name with new shapes and models. They also linked one of the bosses in Titanfall 2, Ashe, to appear in the story. Kuben Blisk, the boss of the mercenaries in Titanfall 2, even appears as the executor of Apex Games in the game.

Unfortunately, Respawn’s reluctance to bring down these legendary characters directly and only become a cameo in the story makes fans of the series wonder when they actually executed him. This is indicated by various examples that Ashe’s weapon charm appears in the game, as well as how his inactive robot body is one of the keys to the new Apex Legends map, Olympus in the story.

The good news? You don’t have to wait long for Titanfall content in Apex Legends. Launching Dexerto, the Respawn developers gathered to tell about the relationship between Apex Legends and the world of Titanfall, which became the main stage. Initially, Senior Writer Ashley Reed explained that what happened in Titanfall was a war while Apex Legends told about the state of the world after the war. “We want to unite Titanfall in it because it is part of the world,” he explained.

An interesting thing that needs to be highlighted in the discussion is how Apex Legends Game Director Chad Grenier said that in Season 9, players will enjoy a lot of Titanfall content in the game. “If you are a Titanfall fan, wait until Season 9, because there will be something really cool that will be there,” he added.

It is not clear what they will present from Titanfall to Apex Legends, but it could be that the temptation that Ashe will become a new legend that has appeared in the game file that has been recorded will add to the excitement of the Season 9 content.

Respawn does not agree that they are currently working on a new Titanfall because their focus has shifted to Apex Legends in order to polish the game. They did have time to do two other games, one of which was the savior of EA in Disney’s eyes, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. Meanwhile, the other game is VR Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond, a franchise that has long been abandoned after EA only focused on Battlefield.
